All Sassy Secret products ship worldwide for free. Our products ship out within 10 business days of ordering. Custom made wigs ship out within 6-8 weeks of ordering.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express.
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation email.
Please note, incorrect or partial addresses, along with unverified order details, can result in an extended processing time of 1-2 additional business days. You will also be subject to additional shipping charges. We strongly urge all customers to review their shipping and billing information before completing their order to prevent any potential delays.
P.O. Boxes Address
When having your order shipped to a P.O.Box you MUST put the POST OFFICE'S physical address in the first address line and the P.O.Box number in the second address line in order to guarantee proper delivery of your order. Please note that if you fail to do this the package will be returned to our office and you will be responsible to pay the shipping cost to ship the package back out.
APO/FPO
APO/FPO are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) only, and will also require signature confirmation upon delivery.
International Shipping
Sassy Secret uses the DHL for international shipments. (Please refer to the chart below). International orders are subject to duties and taxes according to their country of origin. Sassy Secret is not responsible for duties and taxes. The same shipping rules and guidelines apply (See Above).

Risk of Loss: Once packages are picked up from our office by the carrier, the risk of loss is passed to the customer. Sassy Secret is not liable for any packages that do not get delivered. If requested, we will contact the carrier and assist the customer with finding the package. Sassy Secret is not liable and will not refund any transaction due to lost or stolen packages.
